You can view site fees and other information about booking a stall through the following link to our website. Site fees are listed under the “Current Markets” section.

Our single sites are 3m x 3m and double sites are 3m x 6m. We are able to accommodate whatever size you need and have discounted fees for larger sites.
We also offer specific site sizes for Food Trucks. Common food truck site sizes are specified on the payment form, but please contact the organiser if you would like more information.

Having cars onsite will depend on the market. Most markets allow vehicles on site, but we will communicate when councils recommends otherwise.

In our experience all our stallholders are unique, even if they are within the same category! We will position similar stalls across different areas of the market, so you will absolutely be able to stand out.
We also limit the number of vendors offering similar products to avoid oversaturation. If we receive multiple applications for the same type of product, we may place vendors on a waiting list.

All vendors must adhere to all WorkSafe laws and regulations within the State that the market/event is held, with no exceptions.
Public Liability insurance is mandatory and must be available at the market/event.
All laws and regulations relating to markets/events being Federal, State and/or Local laws and regulations must be adhered to.
Refer to your insurer/insurance policy to ensure you are following their requirements in the circumstances of an incident occurring involving your stall, products, or staff/persons.
Marquees must be properly weighted, and any cooking that involves gas or frying requires a fire extinguisher or fire blanket. Electrical equipment must be tested and tagged, and food trucks should carry proper safety gear.
Booking a Stall

We ask that you please submit your application at least four weeks before the event, to allow for effective planning of the market space and layout.
However, we would like all members of the community to be included! Please contact the organiser to submit a late application.

We ask that you please pay the relevant fees at least three weeks before the market.

Please refer to our rules and regulations.
We can provide a refund if you cancel at least four weeks before the event, and if your spot is rebooked by another vendor.
If a market is cancelled due to adverse weather, we do not provide refunds

Yes, all stallholders must provide proof of public liability insurance. You will need to provide proof of this. Some vendors may purchase market insurance for the day - conditions apply and are in accordance to LMA Inc insurance policy and insurer recommendations for our organisation.

While we do our best to accommodate requests, site locations are primarily assigned based on the overall layout, vendor type, and logistical needs such as power or access requirements. Requests for specific locations may be considered, but they are not guaranteed.
Products and Sales

All products you wish to sell must be listed on your application, and approval is required for new items. Imported or mass-produced items are generally not allowed, and products should fit the character of the market.

Vendors are permitted to sell non-alcoholic beverages, including water.
Alochol can be sold by vendors (e.g. wine manufacturers, gin distilleries, breweries etc.). All alcohol vendors must have all current insurances, RSA, and Liquor Licenses. These MUST be available and on display at the event.

You are allowed to provide food samples as long as you comply with all council health regulations and have the appropriate licences.
All food stallholders must follow the relevant Food Acts:
VIC - Food Act 1968
NSW - Food Act 2003
QLD - Food Act 2006

You are only allowed to sell the products listed on your approved application. If you would like to add new items, please submit a request with photos for approval before the market date.
Market Day

Each market has its own square metre space. As a result, stall numbers will vary and are not guaranteed.

Unfortunately, we are not able to provide specific numbers for each market/event. Each market event is influenced by different factors like the time of year, weather, school holidays etc.
We advertise on various platforms including social media, community radio, tourism companies, schools, and many community centres and groups. There will also be posters displayed in the local area.

Yes, the market operates rain or shine. We ask you prepare appropriately for the weather, as stallholders are responsible for ensuring their displays and equipment can withstand adverse conditions such as wind or rain.
Please read through our rules and regulations for important information on required weights in accordance with weather conditions.
Irrespective of weather conditions, marquees must be weighted with appropriate and secure metal or heavy sand bags at all times. This is also not to damage council grounds. Pegs and plastic weights are not permitted, and stallholders will be requested to immediately replace or pack down. Any damage to market or event grounds will be charged to the stallholder.

We don’t permit early departures, sorry. If you sell out, we ask that you display a “Sold Out” sign and keep your marquee up, remaining until the market closes.

Electrical access is limited at most of our markets, so please discuss your specific requirements with us ahead of time. If electricity is essential for your operation, let us know when submitting your application. Quiet generators are permitted, but they must be barricaded from public access and maintained in a safe condition.
